Parrot Heads in Paradise has sent the Palmetto Parrot Head Club an “Happy Anniversary” e-card to mark our club’s 15th Anniversary. First organized by Linda Martin and Dawn King in December 1996, the PPHC became an officially sanctioned Parrot Head Club following its first organizational meeting in January 1997.
