Calling all Palmetto Parrot Heads!
The Animal Protection League Needs Your Help!!
As you know have club members who volunteers with the Animal Protection League and one fund raising effort is working the Gamecock Baseball Games!
They desperately need our help and support!
The APL and the CWC Jaycees work the third base (large) concession stand and the need the following volunteers for the games this weekend:
* 6 folks for Friday night- April 6, 2012 7:00 PM game..gates open at 5:00 PM..need to be in the stand by 4:45 PM
* 10 folks for Saturday night – April 7, 2012 8:00 PM Televised game..gates open at 6:00 PM..need to be in stand by 5:45 PM
* 11 folks for Easter Sunday – April 8, 2012 1:30 PM game..gates open at 11:30 AM..need to be in stand by 11:30 AM DESPERATELY NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS GAME!!!!
Dress is black pants/shorts and white shirt..Please no other than South Carolina logos and sneakers.
Parking is free in the baseball lot at the Colonial Center as is the shuttle ride when you tell them “Centerplate volunteer at 3rd base concession stand.”
THE BEST PART OF THIS VOLUNTEER PROJECT!!!!
The CWC Jaycees are willing to pay $20 for each Parrothead that volunteer to work these games….what a wonderful opportunity for us to do some fundraising for our club! There are 3 more weekend series to come…WOW think of the funds we can raise while we have a great time!!
