The Palmetto Parrot Heads will be volunteering this Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Oyster Roast 4 Kennedy. We are limited to 20 volunteers so only the first 20 Parrot Heads to volunteer will be able to participate. For those volunteering you will not have to purchase a ticket to the event!
There is a volunteer pre-meeting on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Arkos at 3:00 PM. At this time, we will receive our name tags, volunteer t-shirts (smaller sizes are limited), and volunteer responsibilities. There are 2 shifts for the volunteers, the first shift is from 12:00 PM to 4:00PM and the second shift is from 3:30PM to 9:00PM.
Some of us will have the opportunity to assist with the oysters so please bring your gloves!! There are other areas where will be assisting as well.
We need to provide Arkos with a list of names by 12:00PM on Friday. We realize that this is short notice but we only received the information last night. Dawn K is our contact person with Jonathan and Risa the event coordinators. Please let Dawn K. know as soon as possible either by email at tiggerb40@aol.com or by phone at (336-254-6831), if you can volunteer for either shift.
