Put Friday, June 22nd on your calendars to come to Greenwood for the SC Festival of Flowers.

The Festival will present a live outdoor concert at Lander University’s amphitheater featuring “Parrots of the Caribbean,” a Buffett tribute band.

Lots of costumes, lots of fun and lots of great JB music. Make plans to attend!

UPDATE (4/24): A1A – The Jimmy Buffett Tribute Band will perform Friday, June 22 outdoors at the Lander University Ampitheater. Opening act will be Retro Vertigo playing all of your favorite 80’s hits. Tickets are very reasonable – only around $15 – $20!

UPDATE (4/10): “Parrots of the Caribbean” will NOT be performing at the Festival. New parrothead band to be announced soon.

UPDATE: The concert will be in the evening.  There are some great mid-priced hotels in the area including a Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Fairfield Inn – among others.  Of course there are many things to do and see during the Festival, so a day (or 2-day) trip may be in order.  Check out the website for more info.
